We do not have a safe and available space for your child to wait during your appointment. Our artists are highly-skilled at what they do and we want to honor them by providing a safe and distraction-free environment as much as possible. This allows us to serve our clients with excellence and full attention in each session. For the safety of our clients and artists alike, we ask that you prepare childcare before you arrive for your appointment. Thank You!
We have a very strict non-refundable retainer policy. Retainer amounts vary depending on the artist and service that you are booking for. Cancelation within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the retainer being forfeited and a new retainer will be required to book a future appointment.
